Kontigo Care

Kontigo Care is a Medtech start-up company that has developed a device for the rehabilitation and control of alcohol abuse.
The company was successful and after some time was listed on the Nasdac Stock Exchange. Nasdac announces its new companies on the billboard they have strategically placed on Wall Street. The listing thus exposed the logo that I developed. It feels a little extra fun.

THE Mission

The company needed a logo that could be applied in different contexts.

THE Challenge

The owner was keen for a hummingbird to be included in the logo. The name had to be legible even at a small size. 

THE Result

I used a clean and clear font and chose to accentuate the unique name “Kontigo” before “Care” so that the name would be easily perceived in small size. I added a stylised hummingbird to the text.

Product brochure

To present the product to the market, a brochure had to be produced.

THE Challenge

To arouse the willingness of practitioners, employers and addicts themselves to try something completely new and different in the fight against alcohol dependence.

THE Result

In most cases of alcohol addiction, the relationship with the immediate family becomes very problematic, leading to deep anxiety that leads to further addiction. I chose to build the design on a target image of what the use of the device was intended to lead to. I built the mood with pictures of happy families.
